Accountability is what sets top quality personal training apart from every other form of fitness. When you sign up at a gym, they don’t care if you show up or not, in fact they count on the fact that the majority of members won’t come so they can keep selling memberships. The same largely holds for group fitness classes. With Revamp we hold our clients accountable to coming to each session you pay for. We’ll also ensure that each time you come you get a workout that moves you ever closer to the goals you’re trying to achieve. What truly sets Revamp apart from other types of fitness is our accountability on the nutritional front as well. We track what our clients eat on a daily basis in addition to doing weekly and monthly progress reports to ensure that we are on track towards our goals. Measuring progress is the only way to know you’re doing the right things inside and out of the gym. If a progress report is off, we sit down with the client to think through how we can get back on track and stay there. Its this process of thinking through your health with an expert in this industry that delivers results people were’t able to realize with any of the alternatives. Revamp trainers are your teammates.
